Ticket Policy
At Eventful, our experiences are designed to bring people together through hands-on creative workshops and curated gatherings. Because our events require advance preparation, materials, and instructor scheduling, the following policies apply to all ticket purchases.
Ticket Purchases
All tickets purchased for Eventful workshops, classes, and events reserve a spot in the experience for the selected date and time.
Tickets may be purchased through our website or through authorized ticketing partners. Regardless of where a ticket is purchased, the policies below apply to all Eventful events.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are accepted up to 7 days before the scheduled event date.
If you are unable to attend and request a refund within this window, your refund will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund requests made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds, as materials, staffing, and event logistics have already been finalized.
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend and are outside the refund window, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or colleague.
Please contact us prior to the event with the updated guest name so we can update our guest list.
Late Arrivals
To ensure the best experience for all guests, workshops begin promptly at the scheduled start time. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Most of our classes have a scheduled 30-minute check-in window to ensure a prompt group start time. Be sure to check the event listing details to confirm.
Guests who arrive late may miss portions of the workshop experience, and we cannot guarantee extended instruction time.
Event Changes or Cancellations
In the rare event that Eventful must cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness, venue issues, or weather), guests will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer to a future event
Guests will be notified via email as soon as possible. Please check your email inbox before the scheduled event time and day to the latest updates.
